We use your information to: create and manage your account, process payments, enable core features, send transactional emails, provide support, improve the Service, fix bugs, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Email Service (transactional emails), Google Maps API (address lookup), Cloud Hosting (secure storage).

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

You Own Your Data. All customer information, jobs, quotes, and business data you enter belongs to you. We only access it to provide support or fix issues. We don't use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

You can export all your data anytime from Settings. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days, then permanently delete it.

Important: Export your data before canceling. Don't rely on the 30-day retention as a backup.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted passwords, secure authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — you're responsible for maintaining account security.

MoverGrid provides a moving-company directory and cloud-based CRM software. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining account security, all activity under your account, providing accurate information, and keeping your password secure.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Free Trial: 30-day free trial. No payment method required. 3-day grace period after trial.

Subscription: $299/month after trial. Billed automatically monthly.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Settings or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. You retain access until then. No refunds for remaining days.

Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice.

Taxes: You're responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, resell or share your account, or use the Service to harm others. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

6. Your Data

You Own Your Data. All business data you enter belongs to you. You grant us permission to process it to provide the Service. After termination, we retain your data for 30 days, then may delete it.

7. Intellectual Property

We own the Service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use it. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES YOU PAID IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

By You: Cancel anytime as described in Section 4. By Us: We may terminate immediately for violations or with 30 days notice otherwise.
